DearFutures (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the DearFutures web application (the “Service”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our Service to send postcards and letters scheduled for future delivery via email.

Your postcard content, sender information, and recipient information are stored securely on encrypted servers until the scheduled delivery date. After successful delivery, we retain a record of the transaction (excluding message content) for up to 90 days for support purposes, after which it is permanently deleted.
Uploaded files are stored temporarily and deleted within 7 days of successful delivery.
